This yummy chicken salad was developed by Dorothy Zaninovich, wife of Jasmine Vineyards co-founder Vincent, and served to her bridge club in Delano!


1 cups green or red California seedless grapes, halved
6 split (3 whole) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked through, cooled and cut
into chunks
1/4 cup Girard’s Champagne Salad Dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup salted almonds, roughly diced
½ teaspoon curry powder (or more to taste)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Mix all ingredients together, adding more or less salad dressing and mayonnaise to suit taste and texture.
Presents well served in a crisp leaf of butter lettuce, alongside melon slices or warm biscuits.
